We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time.

I received an iPod Touch and I tried to synch it to my current iTunes. However each time I try to synch it, I get this reply "We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time."

How do I solve this problem and synch my iPod Touch?

did u authorise ur itunes by click store>authorise this computer?

perhaps it is apple downtime...when it reaches 12 pm...apple will go into maintainance...best to try in the noon.
