Key roles and responsibility

Sales capability:
• Systematic and one to one training will be given to develop the fundamental skill set of face-to-face marketing.
• One to one attached training will be provide, situational skill set will be honed through experience of ground-floor training.
• Self improvement lesson will be provided for build confidence in communication and situation handling.

Better candidate will be given management opportunities based on performance.

Management capability:
• Development to lead, train and manage a sale team
• Training and people development skills will be taught to inculcate the ability to train new executives
• Ability to assist in executing and planning of daily office operations
