Which is the best Dim Sum restaurant in Singapore?

As above, can anyone suggest a best Dim Sum restaurant? The food must be good and not too expensive?

Crystal Jade at Paragon.

For good value, can also try Imperial Treasure Dim Sum at Paragon basement.

Has anyone eaten at the Cathay restaurant before it closed down?
I was quite a fan of their dim sum. However ever since they close down. I dunno where to get that kinda dim sum anymore.
Wonder where the chef went

Wah Lok @ Carlton. Cherry Garden used to be average but their food quality (at least for dinner) seems to have improved a fair bit so maybe their dim sum has improved too.
