I always use cash payment. Just need to prepare small change just in case driver doesn't have.

Personally prefer to use Uber over Grab as it has better Google Maps integration. Sometimes not sure where I am so I just enter a prominent shop name as my location.

Question...

Does the price for Grab include toll charges?

So far I two rides that had to pay toll......

First time.... No additional charge
Second time... Added 2.30 for the toll

Anyone can confirm? Or is it up to the driver?

OK, there are a few Jusco/Aeon in JB, so your post was quite vague.
