How to explain Singtel expiry dates on Hi Card (prepaid) services?

Just two examples, but I see two expiry dates on my card. One is for data (that I purchased for 7 days) and the other for "free incoming calls" (that I got for 20 days due to a $20 top-up).

When it says "... expires on 11.01.2012" does that mean that it expires on midnight from Jan 10 to Jan 11 or at 23:59 on Jan 11?

that means it expires at that date, meaning on Jan 11 its still active until 23:59. Jan 12 at 00:00 is the exact expiry.

i have a question though, for topups that gives 50MB data

Top up and get FREE 50MB! | SingTel

what is the validity of this 50MB given? nothing mentioned anywhere in their website.

my understanding is different. when it said "expires on 11.01.2012" means it will expire on 11/1, so it's active till 10/1 @ 2359hrs.

actually your understanding is the correct one. but Singtel interprets it differently, at least on their prepaid data plan as i have proven everytime.

when my $1/10MB/week says it will expire 07 Feb, technically it should expire at 07 Feb 00:00. but what happens is its still valid for use until 07 Feb 23:59.

Anyone has the same issue, i cant seem to disable all these pop ups. Any advice appreciated.
