I'm on prepaid, sometimes I also don't get how strangers got my number. From overseas as well, I just assume is Tiong and reject instantly.

I'm using the app SPC, back from the old days.

I normally just ignore unfamiliar numbers, then block them if they call a second time. Just block the calls, not SMS, so if they really want to, they can still message then I'll decide if I want to entertain them.

These few months I've also been receiving calls from weird countries. Could be a tactic of getting around the DNC registry, bounce calls overseas..
