StarHub stop giving voucher for recontract?

Even after I stated that I want to cancel all my services from Starhub, this is the best they can offer me...

standard answer one la.. last time my starhub pts wanna use cos gonna expire but when I look at the list of stuff that I can claim, damn pathetic. I e-mailed them and they gave relatively same answer as yours.. knn

Funny, I just received $100 recontract voucher from Starhub. And the weirdest thing is that, this time round they sent it to me automatically instead of me calling 1633 to request which I did previously. Voucher is dated 16 Mar so I think they're still giving bah...

Received a $100 handset upgrade of $100 off valid till 20/Apr.
I am on 3G SmartSurf 300 and contract runs out in June.

I recalled 2 years ago, i also got a similar offer of $100 off 2~3 months before the contract runs out.
I did not take up the offer and starthub upped it with a $200 off offer about a month before the contract runs out.

It was the same case in 2008.
Wonder will starhub do the same again with a $200 off offer in May if i do not utilised the $100 off by 20/Apr ? Anyone experienced or observe something similar recently?

Has anyone managed to get the recontract voucher from this stingy starhub?

Kns i sign starhub for 10years liao and am a member of hubber they still refuse to give me any vouchers for recontract~

Hmm, if I wanna vouchers, who should I look for this time (if I were to dial 1633 and speak to CSO via "Other general enquiries")?

Am a Hubber and a loyal customer since my first handphone and Internet connection. Wonder how much $$$ I gave them for the past decade. Haha!

Months ago I reached 21months for my Mobile Line 1.
Talked to CSO, got a $100 voucher. (that was Dec 2011)

Now my Mobile Line 2 reached 13months, eligible for Hubber contract Renewal.
Mobile Line 2 didnt take iphone before, so would be full $200 Hubber waiver (no extra $100 penalty for previously taking an iphone)

Give them so much lui ($$$), didnt reward us, how unfair!
My cable TV open only to watch local TV channels, seldom go into pay TV content! Leave my cable TV subscribed so as to enjoy Hubber bonus

typically they dont offer voucher for those that can recontract on 12mth. anything more is incentive though.

yes..from Jan onwards, no more freebies or vouchers...that's what i heard from the customer service...he told me that those guys who got it were only on reserve - which is those guys who have never claims any of these vouchers before the last time round, & anyone who have recontract previously with given vouchers the last time round will not have it this time due to no vouchers rule given to customers started on january....so guys..u can start to plan to change your isp...or telcos...

hey guys!, i called up on another day (just about to change to M1)...they told me they have somehow reserve me a "100" dollar e voucher....perhaps this is a sales gimmick?earlier 1 guy was telling me nothing & the next day someone was telling me another?you can try harder...i guess...it depends on luck!
