BS sells both but they should indicate in description if it is pre-owned (good condition). In fact they just had black friday sale, pre-owned LBMA gold bars at SPOT (10g and 1oz) both sold out within a day (!!)

keppel should be LPM, from HK and also very new shop, friendly staff. Indeed they sell at better price (especially on sale) than BS or even SB millenia - but they dont indicate as clearly when selling pre-owned, they only “hint” (speak to staff to find out). Their current sale for new RM Britannia 1oz bar is a very good deal (<2% premium), likely the cheapest new lbma minted ounce bar in SG (!!)

Anyway HWZ says all these shops are scam one. Can only trust UOB 🫢
