DBS savings promo 4% interest

Saw this current promo.
http://www.dbs.com.sg/personal/byob....btnfindoutmore

Still have $100 sign up bonus.
Question, whether I can do a month's salary crediting & then switch out?
http://www.dbs.com.sg/iwov-resources...ctical-tnc.pdf

TnC did not state if salary credit needs to be on-going every month.

Only applies for the amount for the SAYE account, which has a monthly savings limit of 3k. Moreover, the bonus 2% interest comes into PayLah! What a hard sell haha

wow 4% interest, what's the catch? Can I park 100k in the SAYE account and then monthly transfer $50?

Doing salary credit for only 1 month is too troublesome, keep changing account sure get gan by finance department

Age limit?

Means it's age discrimination.

Conditions to fulfill within the same calendar month:
(A) Credit monthly salary in a POSB/DBS savings/current account, and
(B) Credit monthly savings amount into the SAYE account and no withdrawal made
from SAYE account, and
(C) Make a minimum of 5 retail transactions (“Qualifying Transactions”) on your Card
Account per calendar month.

CANNOT withdraw?

Would it be useful to have such syringent criterias? Can they really be able to calculate the profitability of people in this profile?

Taken from their T&C on website
"You must be a working adult from 18 to 30 years old, and did not have salary crediting arrangement with a DBS/POSB account between 01 September 2016 and 28 February 2017."

Wow....guess...loyal customers like me are not entitled then...even with all other bank promos, i stuck with posb/dbs even when they had no special interest rates

Well, this is obviously targeted at young working adults.
Maybe some CSR effort to encourage saving instead of YOLO.
