REITS fan, this is the closest I can find to a REITS diversified portfolio.

to summarise, first yr return is 10.4, -0.9 and 11.8% for last 3 years respectively. That already includes dividends reinvested. Of course you can argue that the fund has management fees, and other fees, but how much can that impact the returns? I think its not bad returns but not as hardcore good as some of you think it is.

Is property better? maybe yes, maybe no, like someone posted that a boon keng condo having trouble selling.

I so so nia la

out of the 8 stocks I hold, only 1 is reits which is CCT

I also own ARA, a reits manger

my other 6 stocks are banks, telcos etc

a balanced approach

i just feel that using reits is an easy way to gain some exposure to property ba

be it reits, property, stocks or bonds
as long as they are low risk high return, its a good investment

right now i think REITs are not good. they are fairly price

but property stocks (5 months ago) was very good! :o
