Anyone has encountered BONUS interest for salary not credited even if it was done by giro with 'GIRO - SALARY' reflected
Mine has no issue.

It must be credited from a company, with partial/full real monthly salary.... I think they recognised it as IBG

I think some has tried to do by themselves and just remark it as GIRO-SALARY, it usually wont work..

Hi savinmax,

You are right! It wouldn't work this way!

Going to cancel all my ocbc cc and 360 account since they cannot waive my cc late charge request due to frequent traveling. Which is a better account I can shift all my funds to?

It is unusual if they waive your late payment fee. Some bros shared before, ocbc don't even waive if u made payment via axs on due day cos they received the payment one day late. I notice this "u pay we receive diagram "is printed on recent statements

Just move to other banks.

Salary credit and bill payment are enough to achieve the 1.5% easily.

I am just keeping the NTUC CC. Already terminated the rest.

I had a late payment charged to me as they said my axs was posted late. but then I told them their system indicated the axs payment was recording in the bill 1 day earlier! how can you bill me! in the end they waived for me...

but the damage already done... I'm canceling the last card I have with them.

I sent them ibanking message to cancel my Frank card but they reply asking me to keep. Come next month if they bill me for annual membership fee..I need to message them again. Really waste of time. And the hotline is like no one manning it.
