Cold Eyes (2013)

It's a remake of Hong Kong's Eye in the Sky (2007). Never watch the original but Korean's version has a good 10 minutes introduction (though slightly dry) but the pace kept me on the edge of my seat.

Sent from 1879 using GAGT

Interesting, I'll have a look.

The Korean remake is definitely more exciting, but the original HK version seems more realistic. Am highly skeptical that the Korean police has that advanced technology

Perfect Sense (2011)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1439572/

A chef and a scientist fall in love as an epidemic begins to rob people of their sensory perceptions.

"Perfect Sense" is a very different apocalyptic film. It truly explores what it is to be human,
to live a life. I can't think of any other way that can improve this film. It has the perfect cast, perfect cinematography and perfect direction. At the end of the film, I wondered, "How can an apocalyptic film be so terrifying yet beautiful?"

Just watched Triangle recently. Its a time loop horror show.

A group of friends go on boat trip and become stranded due to a storm. They discover a cruise ship which causes them to experience a series of repeating events.

Atomic Blonde.... loved the 80's tracklist, especially in 1 scene where they used George Michael's song Father Figure, didn't think that u could insert that song in a fight scene.

Don't Breathe (2016)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4160708/

Hoping to walk away with a massive fortune, a trio of thieves break into the house of a blind man who isn't as helpless as he seems.

Genius. Just by reading the synopsis alone you'll realize instantly that the premise is genius. And the premise isn't the only thing unique. The whole film is filled with ingenious ideas which will take you by surprise. It's not just a home invasion film. It's THE home invasion film.

I believe my heart rate raced for an hour straight with no chance of rest in this extremely gripping film. No haunted house is as scary as one with this blind man.

It's recommended that you watch this in the dark with a pair of great headphones.

Never rob a blind man's house.
3 stupid thieves make so much noise..

As a 70/80s music nut the OST alone was awesome but the movie itself was enjoyable enuff too haha
