Train SBJ and shuttle run?

build big big thigh n calf muscles. till u can do ma pu for 1hr. LOL.

shuttle run....well....lean body.

i tried this before in ns and works for me but too long liao so can't remember exactly...

do forward lunge for a distance of 30 to 50m and then immediately sprint back.
key is to do the entire process in one shot... ie... after doing the lunges immdiately sprint back from your lunges position and not stand up and get to your sprint position.

the lunges will give your legs strength while the sprint back immediately after lunges will give your legs the explosive power it needs in order to jump far.


works primarily for sbj but should also works for shuttle run.

if doesn't work for your shuttle run then go do speed training.
