Hi Viewquest,

Is Choa Chu Kang area wired up? My place already got the TP done up last year. Now looking to jump ship from Starhub to a fiber-optic internet service provider. =)
CCK needs to wait for Bukit Panjang Exchange (aka CO) to be ready which ViewQwest has mentioned it's in the pipeline.

Guys,

The best way for us to advise which exchange your home falls under is to send us your postcode.

Managed to get my install done today. Have taken part in the Speedwave, but the service provider name is not showing up.

On this topic, if port forwarding needs to be done for games, how do we do it since I believe we currently have no access to the setup and can't make changes at all.

Hi,

Your postcode is under Bukit Panjang. We should be commencing work on that exchange soon. We plan to have it ready in March.

Derrick,

As we have remote access to the router you simply need to drop an email to our support team and they can setup your port forwarding for you.

Does this port forwarding only affecting BF3? Or all games? if so it will be a nightmare for the ISP side since everyone is playing different games. -___-"""
