M1/Open net is atrocious!

hi guys,

let me share my experience. i upgraded my M1 fiber optic plan to the promotional 200mbps plan in May.

guess what? till now I am still using my old plan...

it been 3 months! and every time I call M1, they told me Open net is not ready and does not have enough bandwidth in my block.

what the hell... this is too much. 1 month wait I am still ok, but now its 3 months wait!

anyone experience the same thing?

I've waited for over 2 months for OpenNet to put in spare capacity. Just got a call this morning that they have finally done that.

Not really. I stay in a landed property. You would think it is easier to get the spare capacity.

What was your old plan?
