After trying out MR pure for 3months with no major issues, decided to switch my biz DSL from red camp to MR fibre.

Since biz usage are mainly local mail servers, local biz web portals, the 25x jump in bandwidth should be fantastic, and allow me to move forward with plans for offsite access/mirroring :D

keep up the good work MR, don't disappoint me ;)

tenthjuly, yup I know where you're coming from, as a customer.
It's like going to the any provider u know ranting won't help, but at least u want to channel it out somewhere.
But over here we actually monitor this to make sure things are improved.

George Soros, the reason for me to PM is to get the sensitive information, (customer ID, email, mobile number)
If you like to disclose them for us to do a check, I think it's fine, just that you might be getting unwanted attention.

We might have an idea of what's wrong, but need to identify it.
If it's affected an area, like exchange/olt having issue, we can identify immediately and make annoucement.
But currently it's not the case.

Please allow us to do some test to try to replicate the issues.

Hehe, that's for in-store only. Apart from that is the $8 for 5mth promo.

Not sure what surprises I'm getting for the show though.

same issue here. cannot search anything under google. a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g.

If I'm not wrong, it's available for all online sign up.
Not sure about offline one though.
