Starhub ONT dead ?

Hey all,

I have been trying bridge my dlink to n56u. And it was going fine. Then, I went to try to connect direct ont to see whether starhub has already configured. In the process I try to restart my ont and routers but my ont can't be booted anymore.

Did I by any means just killed the ont ?

I know this should be under starhub thread but i never read any situation whereby the ont dies, please adivse.

I thought its a joke but yes, zero led. Their hotline only 8am-9pm. So screwed.

Have you got the slightest idea what happened ?

hard reboot is to remove your power cable or off the main switch.

Don't try to remove the fibre wire though, its quite fragile(glass inside).

Remove LANcable and power on see if there's any LED
