With cable cut and yet M1 perform better....same could be said they could perform even better when cable is up.
If you can provide us information on the site we can investigate and share our findings.

Well not all routes are the same. Its the same reason why our performance is better when the cable is up.
Doesn't explain the drastic drop in your IPv4 Peer Count. Same thing happened last July when Internet speed slowed down too. I don't remember any reported cable damage back then. Maybe another undersea cable maintenance perhaps?!

From 1200+ drop to 500+ !

When the cable to Europe goes down we loose connectivity to our POP in europe and as such our peer count will drop. We then have to rely on our other transit providers to get us to the destinations.

High packet loss to Tokyo via NTT route since Sunday.

Can change route to Flagtel or KDDI instead?

They will claim must return to bukit Timah shop where there is not even proper parking but if u kpkb them they will accept at Suntec shop.

Careful though if u have two service addresses, I did the above before and they terminated the wrong service address.
Thank you for the input.

Can anyone advise what are the items to return to terminate their service?

I've logged a ticket yesterday morning. To date, I have yet to receive any reply (It has been 2 full business day)

Zhone router
Power adaptor
Fibre optical cable

Did I missed anything? All these need to be return to their out of way shop at Bukit Timah or Suntec? Thanks!

Hello, yes please bring the stated items down to Bukit Timah for termination. Thanks!

Hi @viewqwest, the FDNS supports Hulu, right?

If I were to subscribe to https://www.hulu.com/live-tv, do you know what US zipcode the FDNS will direct me to? The zipcode determines the channel line-up and content.
Bumping for viewqwest's attention.

Just signed up with VQ, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with their standard of service compared to Starhub. Hopefully their service gets better.
