How to fix Acer Aspire cracked screen

Hello, I have a Acer Aspire V5-123, and my laptop screen cracked. It works fine when connected to an external monitor, so i think it is just an LCD problem. Can I know what is the best and cheapest way to fix this? Any expert in this forum are able to do it? Repair shops seems to charge a high amount of $250++

The cheapest is to buy the same size LCD screen from SLS and replace it on your own.
