Willing to pay to anyone who can:

1. Run simulation for sloshing in LNG Tank membrane in Star CCM+; or

2. Program a system to determine hydrodynamic coefficient using a DC motor and a tachometer to determine the torque of a scale model using Arduino; or

3. guidance in going about the project.
