pls advise for building a low budget pc

Hi, I have a low budget like $550 for gaming desktop, do anyone know what's the recommended specification?

might as well buy second hand
and ask in hwc not here

Just what games are u playing with that budget? Beside that is it just the PC o still need others like kB mouse and monitor?
