I haven't try the S2 before but a quote from Pocket-Lint.com:
"A word on the "wireless" aspect however. These speakers are wireless in the sense that you don't need to connect the source directly to the speakers using a wire - they operate via Bluetooth - however the satellite speakers are connected to the subwoofer using wires, the subwoofer plugs into the wall."

if space-constraint, I will go with T40.
if free-for-all, go for the MX6021.
that's 1 big a55 subwoofer.
you can also find Acoustic Energy Aego M in marketplace.
not sure about the SRP though.

Just curious, what was the Creative model you were using?

are you more of a "bass" person?
try out the Logitech Z623
there's also an interesting review on Tom'sHardware

comparing the dimensions of the 2 subwoofers (W x D x H):
Z623
303x264x282

MX6021
260x383x400
