No Poo for 3 days after diarrhea.

My dog has not poo poo for 3 days after a bout of diarrhea. I was advised to feed her sweet potato. Any comments?

if u lao sai for 3 days and no solid food or not much food intake, there's not much sai to come out any more.
if still worried, pls bring to vet. we are all not vets and/or professionals here
