Anyone tried using the MHL adaptor to connect to your TVs yet? I got a third party one a while back and finally tried it today. Seems okay, but I think the image is slightly cropped (half of the notification bar is missing) in both portrait and landscape mode. Is this normal? I'm on an HD Ready (720p) TV.

I have. But don't think there is cropping. Mine's OEM.

Really? Hmm.. Maybe I should test it out on some other TVs.

On another completely unrelated note, I found a nice little accessory today at Headphone Gallery: the Audio Technica AT335i. I got the last black one at $32.

It says it's intended for iPhone, but as far as I can tell, all functions work fine on my Note (single click to play/pause/pick up call/end call, double click to go to next track, triple click to go to previous track). Good (?) thing about it is that the volume control works independently of the phone's volume settings.
