Just flashed the Poland 4.1.1 JB. Love it so far. Need to assess the batt drain over the next few days. The smoothness is visible for me.

I just got a Nexus 7 and JB is really nice and smooth; project butter is a significant improvement. The UI (Trabuchet?) is beautiful. Unfortunately, I read that in the case of S3, the upgrade from ICS to JB is not going to be significantly better - because of what Samsung has done to it!
