Do note the service centre @ CentrePoint AND SunTec City do not exist anymore.

tog guan service centre no longer service phone product with effect from 15th december 2008, but will continue to service other products. the mobile phone service centre will be move to the new wing of Jurong Point

I forgotten and i go to the toh guan centre, the person ask me to go jurong point, wasted my

The 2 service centres at Causeway point and century square have closed. Only the Plaza Singapura and Jurong point ones are still open

please take note that Samsung Mobile World outlets now serve as collection points for samsung mobile servicing and they will send your phones to the main servicing outlet in Plaza Singapura. So if you want a fast servicing turnaround of <4hrs e.g flashing firmware, I suggest you go to Plaza Singapura instead.
