They know you wont go report police because taking statement is a hassle like 1hour at the police station..best to stomp them..

Hi, just come across this site and seen the problem with Artix Dynamic Pte Ltd. I just bought a desktop with the company in the most recent IT fair in Suntec and have requested for home delivery. Until now, I have not received my items and also calling and whatsapp them also no response.

Any guys can advise me what to do. Right now I only have that invoice with me.

Please make Police report just like TS did.

That’s why never buy in local shop

Some local shops are "black shop" but most of them are quite ok. Superstore like HN is also quite good. Must know where to buy and know how to bargain. Must keep invoice and payment receipt properly to be sure. Most service centre will need to see black and white.

Tipically policy will not handle this type of cases.
Look at what happen to Sim Lim square you will know. Not until the case become headline.
