x64 need 2 uxtheme.dlls patched. Download
this, and open the zip file. You will see they need to go into \system32 and SysWOW64\ respectively.

the fix:
1. replace all instances of your original uxtheme.dll's
(ie: in windows xp x64 you have uxtheme.dll in ..\system32\ (apprx 495kb) but there is a smaller and different version of uxtheme.dll in ..\sysWOW64. (apprx 210kb). )
OR
2. download the APPROPRIATE version number for your OS-type of the hacked uxtheme.dll (or uxtheme.dll's depending on OS type), boot into safe mode.. RENAME each instance of uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.bak BEFORE copying the hacked .dll into the folder.
