I went to the unit, guess what, the evil girl is actually overseas and breach the tenancy agreement by subletting the unit to other pple. I manage to convince 2 out of 5 of them to continue renting from me and take over the unit. Changed all the locks n stuff.
The damages is astounding, including cleaning fees. The walls newly painted are now all scratched n wif marks. Worst is the 3 boys who left (thankfully) are so dirty. They left a wet graphics card box on the floor and made my unit infested with termites and damaged the floor. I have to go buy termite guard and apply it myself.
Good thing isthe utilities still under the evilgirl, so i use until song song, who want to waste electricity and water pls come find me.
But now is i dunno how to make them pay my lost and stuff. Apparently the girl found a cheaper unit downstairs thats why she is breaching the agreement and shifting her tenants there.
She rents it out to students and I've heard that what she does is she sublets it to students and take a much higher rental. if she is making a lost or could not find enough occupancy, she would take their deposit and run! however her tenants are all chinese nationals and don't even know how to report to the police. She's very shrewd and taken 2 mths deposit from them.
