I try a few stalls in belok, hougang and Ang mo kio and find some ok lah. Some not too bad, but not as good as the show make it out to be.

And also obviously because it's staged, the chef also put more heart into preparing the dishes for pornsucks, liten and their guest chef.

A few of the fried dishes I try at various location, very oily and look poorly fried, unlike the show. They definitely got hire a food stylist to prepare the food for video or photos to make them look good.
