Trouble unlocking Phenom x3 720 with Biostar TA790GXE 128M

Need some help and advice as its my first attempting playing unlocking.
Gotten a Phenom II x3 720
Batch is 0904 EPWM

Mobo used is Biostar TA790GXE 128M
Bios ver in mobo shows 8.00.11

Tried basic step
- ACC to "Auto" (Failed to boot)
- ACC to "All Cores" (Failed to boot)
- HT to 1600mhz then ACC to "Auto" (Failed to boot)
- HT to 1600mhz then ACC to "All Cores" (Failed to boot)
...................

Any suggestion which i could try?
Not too sure but i see lots of advice using 78DEA113 BIOS. Does it makes a diff?

Any bios to recommend i could try?
Suspect it could be biostar stock bios.

How much voltage to try adding? I read in some cases lowering voltage to cpu and upping northbridge voltage actually could do the trick.....but not too sure how much volt is safe.

I bought this processor from PCT during about 4 months ago and tried unlocking it the moment it was setup using default bios. However, its like those that failed, the screen just blackout and cannot boot. I wonder if this and another thread that is related can enable me to unlock. However, i got a chip which i found out may have its 4th core permanently disable. My chip is 0907CPMW. Anyone can verify that its 4th core is disabled? Thanks
