and i wonder how come lenovo comes out new model of netbook so slow........

while msi, hp, acer etc one year dun know come out how many models already.....

so far lenovo only got two models, s10 and s10-2 only.........

Sorry I just read 3 pages to find out more about Nvidia ION. So I'm still new and confused. So, after all this speculation you think its worth the trouble of getting one. I'm quite on getting a cheap netbooks, but I wouldn't mind having a better performing GPU. $499 sounds okay.
I imagine its the ION LE right? pops dont stipulate too much..

$499 is in USD. And unlikely you will get that kind of low pricing locally. Most probably $899 SGD upwards.

And 12'' screen can't run WinXP if I'm not wrong.

What's the deal with being unable to find Ion netbooks in Singapore?!

I don't see the Samsung N510, I don't see the Lenovo S12, and only saw the HP Mini 311 so far at Best Denki.
