cant defragment disk

cant defragment disk

noob here but i dunno why i keep trying to degragment my disk but it always say 0% fragmented. Anyway to solve this problem?

Some software (e.g. antivirus, disk monitoring, encryption software) are known to hinder defragmentation. It is required to stop those software before or during defragmentation.

0% fragmented means it doesn't require defragmentation. So why insist...? I don't degrag my HDDs at all. anyway

What's the software you're using to defrag?

Yeah, 0 % fragmented mean not necessary to run defrag. But that can differ depending on the software used.

Another thing to note is that defragging require 10-15% free HDD space in order to run successfully.

But its been quite a few weeks since i last defragment my drive? It will analysis and then i click defragment it will load and den 0% defragmented? Last tyme when it finish analysising it will tell me that it require defragmentation and then i will start defragmenting my drive. So is there nth to defragment or wad? :/
