If you've read, I bought my cowon last month in December. I recommend buying ZUNE HD from Microsoft because cowon capacitive touch screen sucks. The picture quality is good but the sensitivity as compared to my iphone is crap. ZUNE HD has better touch screen and all other aspects being similar. The build quality of my Cowon from Amazon also sucks. The screen got one side not properly glued in.

Just my 2 cents worth

i got directly from korea. everything is fine.. i admit that the sensitivity sux.. nevertheless, the audio is more important to me.

I think your is a bad batch, for mine, everything is in good condition.

the S9 also have the gorilla glass which is the same as Zune, so to say S9 suck is a bit too far.

Btw, Cowon from Amazon and Korea is the same. the sensitivity have improve a bit in the new firmware.

thanks bro for your reply, is there a device like apple that convert the line out to 3.5mm(like crossroads idock), but i dont want apple, does cowon or any other brand have this device? heard that iriver line out is not as good as apple, is that true? thanks for your advice

i need the line out for my headphone amp that accepts 3.5mm jack input, now using creative zen player, but when walking, music sound sometimes drop due to the fact that 3.5mm jack to headphone amp is not secure, was thinking that ipod line out(crossroads idock) would be more secure? thanks
