If you are burning them at 16x speed, try using lower speed instead.

Buy those brand like verbatim, TDK, etc.
Clear all your cache and temp files, do not do other work (surf net, etc ) during burning.

It's a known issue burning video disc at high speed, you can burn data disc at high speed but not video disc.
If the disc was burned at 4x speed, then the burner will be the main culprit.

May be due to bad burn quality, maybe not. Ritek is ok brand, at least when compared to some Verbatims and TDKs.

"Sometimes my client complaints some DVD play jam in DVD player, however its play no pro at computer."

Did any of them try on DVD player and can work? How was the DVD-Video disc created?

Hardware : SAMSUNG DVD 8x ReWritable and DVD-RAM Reader SH-182D

Sys Memory: 3 GB

CPU / OS : C2D , XP SP3, Nero 6, standard 4x burn

Before 1 Nov 2009:
Dual Layer Burn accident rate : 0 % ( out of 48 DL discs - all Verbatim )

After 1 Nov 2009 :
Accident rate : 0.02% ( 1 out of 49 DL - first ever IMATION DL disc burn )

Shaite happens !!! Frak IMATION!

Another reason to go disc-less with HDD Media Players.

ecilassim, those video that you burn, were they re-authored format? That is they were originally from a format and you or someone re-author to DVD format. If that is the case, it's the video editing that causes the jam and glitches when the burned DVD is play on the DVD player. That is why it appear okay when played on computer while it's not smooth when played on DVD player.

What is the original video format?
