afaik, there's no concrete evidence to prove this but it seems ppl who defer their studies, usually get posted to SPF after their done.

you being in npcc doesn't help. apart from the fact, if you got lucky and got PNS then your previous NPCC knowledge will help.

1. their parents are not singaporean
2. they are eurasian
3. mixed blood
4. they are not born in singapore but are permanent residents already
5. from high class families

Don't think they treat you all differently. it's more about the security clearance level and for some obvious reason. don't think so

Not really, there are born-and-bred Singaporeans in PNS too.

Nope, no special treatment. Just think of it like BMT, but that it's held at HTA and you do different stuff from the Army.

Depends - many of the friends I have in SPF, including myself, are second-generation Singaporeans. Of course, there are born-and-bred ones too. Race doesn't really matter, it's more of where you're born. Well, one thing to note though: most, if not all, boys who go into PNS have perfect/near-perfect eyesight and do not need spectacles.

Anyway, most of the "special" people go to SAF. In SPF, they tend to be in more danger cause if their PES is A/B, they will be sent to vocations that deal with real Police work.
