It is not difficult to look for welding using electrode, mig, tig or by means of flame for m/s, s/s, brass, alum. and bronze etc. The problem is small small qty, no one interested.

Thin sheet of alum is very difficult to weld that why u see all those window grilles are fix up by screw or riveting.

Hope we can share info here, I'm also looking for very good TIG welding services, I've got some "thin tube" to weld.

I'll post here if I manage to find one.

Tig - argon welding, using different tungsten to weld thin material like alum, s/s, brass and bronze ranging from thickness of 0.7mm to maybe 3mm thk.

If u want to weld s/s, check with factory fabricating s/s product like food stall cabinet.
welding s/s is easily to look for. there's alot of s/s factory at AMK pk 3, YS one, Eunos etc.

Most s/s tubing for furniture industy is either 1.2mm or 1.5mm thk.
what is your dimension and thickness?
