Anyone self-studying for CFA Level 1 exam on June 2008 , or PRM cert come in

Hello folks,
I have signed up for CFA Level 1 Exam in June 2008 and is starting to prepare my self-study course for it. Anyone who is planning to do this as well? Maybe we can form a study group ?

Also, is anyone pursuing PRM from PRIMIA? I currently have their self study programme on hand passed to me from my friend...looks extremely interesting but highly quantitative.

quick check, when we sign up CFA in sg, we pay the online stated rate in USD to the local agent or the fee is different?

whats the new fee ah? those who confirmed sign up can reveal? cos I heard as a passing remark from someone that the fees went up

Yes, I registered at the official CFA website , that is the only way to register if I remembered correctly after checking with CFA Singapore. I have to check my card again to see exactly how much in SGD it cost as the website fees are in USD if I am not wrong, but I believe you have to take into account the exchange rate variation . The cost includes the cirriculum , ie the textbooks by CFA institute.
For more info , you may wish to contact CFA Singapore.
