Error 815: Prolink H8000..help

hi experts,

I juz bought a new laptop having OS vista premium loaded.
Tried to connect to net using Prolink H8000 modemn...at first it prompt, modemn software not supported. Downloaded the latest prolink H8000 patch for vista OS.
But when tried to connect to SNBB, it prompt error 815...!!!

Called singtel technical and they are unable to help me resolve it.

So, i'm checking with you guys did anyone also encountered this error? and how to solve it?
Please help to advise.
