The ATI Radeon HD 4830 Stream Processor Mix-up

Apparently, there is a bit of a mix-up involving the new Radeon HD 4830 - some cards were shipped with 560 stream processors instead of 640. We happened to have a 560 stream processors based card on hand, and decided to investigate further:-
