1. What are the benefits of joining DMClub?
A: As a member of DMClub, Hardware Zone's premier membership club, you will enjoy these benefits:

2. How much does membership cost?
A: Sign up or renew your DMClub membership at just $18/year.
3. How will I be notified of new promotions?
A: We will share our promotions with you through our eNewsletter and Private Messages on the forums. You can also log on to http://hardwarezone.com.sg/dmclub to check out the latest happenings.
4. As a ‘Deluxe Member’ in the Hardware Zone forums, am I exempted from any rules (within the Terms of Service) within the forums?
A: All DMClub Members who access the Hardware Zone forums are subject to the same rules and regulation highlighted in the TOS.

5. Is Deluxe membership transferable?
A: No, membership is not transferable.
6. How do I identify myself at participating merchants?
A: As a DMClub member, you will receive exclusive e-vouchers that, when presented to the merchant, entitles you to the promotion. SMS vouchers are also available.
7. Will I be charged for any SMS vouchers sent to my mobile phone?
A: No, we completely absorb the charges so you can receive SMS vouchers free-of-charge!
8. Am I entitled to any refund once I have made payment?
A: No, all payment made is non-refundable. Members are advised to ensure that they understand the privileges of membership and payment details before making payment.
9. Is this DMClub program only available in Singapore?
A: Yes, the program is only available in Singapore at this moment.
10. What are the payment modes available?
A: We accept major Credit Cards (VISA/MasterCard) and eNETS for online payment mode.
11. How long does it take for my membership to be activated?
A: Please allow up to half a day for your payment to be processed. Your forum account will be automatically upgraded to a DMClub account.
