Mini OC Report : Team Elite DDR3 1333mhz 3x2GB Kit :

Just a quick test...
Been feel very moody recently...
Checking out budget i7 Tri-Ch rams.

This : Team Elite Series
Rated : 1333mhz 9-9-9-24 @ 1.5v
3x2GB Kit
Good budget price for a 6gb ddr3 kit finally..
Sg ddr3 has been insanely expensive for a long time...

Anyway,
I tried my luck @ 1600mhz 9-9-9-21 @ 1.5v.

Did a fresh windows installation @ 1600mhz 9-9-9-21 1T @ 1.55v :
Some basic tests easily done.

Looks good so far.
Tightened timings to 8-8-7-21 1T @ 1.6v.

Budget i7 rams ain't that bad...
1800mhz 9-9-9-21 1T @ 1.65v

So whats underneath?

I'm not so sure myself either now...

Done...
Who bought it too?
Results similar?

Haiz...
Going out to grab an ice cold beer...

may i ask a noob question.. changing from 2T command to 1T command

will allow u to tighten those timings further without increaseing ram voltage?

149 @ PC themes.

You mean 1T to 2T?(coz 1T is faster than 2T.)
Yes and no, depending on the chipsets.
For ddr3(X58/X48), 1T hasn't been a problem.

nice review

1333mhz 9-9-9-24 @ 1.5v

1600mhz 9-9-9-21 @ 1.5v

1600mhz 9-9-9-21 1T @ 1.55v
taken from post #1, u increase the freq by 267mhz by onli increasing the ram voltage

by only 0.05V? hmmm.. and change to 1T command which is faster.. 0.05V can do so

much? or izzit just a trial and error? cos my crucial rams seems to have problem running

@ 1000MHz 4-4-5-15 @ 2.3V.. or is the timing too tight?
