My Antec Trio 430W can support this setup or not???

Hello!!! Planning to upgrade my pc..... but not sure whether my Antec Trio 430W PSU can support this setup or not.....

Planning to upgrade to :
either Intel Q9550 + ATX mobo or AMD 955BE + ATX mobo
nvidia GTX260

Already have :
2 x 2GB DDR2
2 x harddisks
2 x optical drive
3 x pci cards
5 x 0.50A fans

Wonder will it be too stressful for the psu to support all these????
Roughly how much power will this rig use at full load????

Worrying after seeing this chart.....
vr-zone.com/forums/469832/phenom-2-965-idle-power-compsumtion-is-impressive..html

Thanks!!!

What are the 3 x PCI cards?
Also what video card are you using and
will you be overclocking?

It may be alittle pushing on the limits though its able to sustain.
If your rig is doing heavy duty usage,
its recommended to get a higher powered unit.

Generally, the processor but it depends on your setup.
Especially a quad core but a high end graphic card draws more.
ie, 4870X2, GTX 295 etc.
You can stick to your current setup and
always change to a higher powered unit next time.

Yes, using a videocard that draws less power does relieves some
stress off the PSU.

Actually, its not as bad as you think.
Its still able to support.
No one runs prime95 or 100% load for 24/7 usage.
