Collection of Sterlisation vouchers at SPCA

They are giving sterlisation vouchers on the 18 Aug. Details from the thread:

We are going to sterilise stray dogs/cats with the sterilisation voucher issued by SPCA.

To apply for the voucher, please adhere to the following procedures:

Date: 18 August 2009 (Tuesday)
Time: 9am to 4pm
Venue: SPCA - 31 Mount Vernon Road
Tel: 6287 5355
Location of the office: http://www.spca.org.sg/hours.html

Nearest MRT station: Bartley, and walk for 2 min to reach SPCA office

How to get there through buses:
Bus 28 from either Toa Payoh or Paya Lebar MRT station
Alternatively, you can take Bus 158 from Serangoon Bus Interchange.
Bartley Road also has bus nos. 93, 158, 28 that stop near the Mount Vernon Road entrance.


1)) bring along your identity card, one local stamp and envelope.

2) please go to SPCA at 31 mount vernon road between 9am to 4pm

3) choose
1st choice: A.M.K veterinery surgery
2st choice: mt. pleasant - sembawang

once you have received the sterilisation voucher for stray animal, please SMS to 97679495 or email to xintai@hotmail.com
