Ramadhan is here..

or rather this evening...

I've a few questions and opinions to ask from the guys out there..

During the fasting month, the only food intake would be during breakfast (i.e. before 0530) and after break fast (i.e. 7 plus) so I was thinking of ways to alter my diet so that I don't decrease in mass as I've just started to see progress..

This is what I propose to do..
For my morning meals, I'll eat a meal (i.e. rice, meat, veggie), drink a litre of milk as well as take in whey protein.
During break fast, I'll be taking another meal, another litre of milk as well as whey too.
My workout regime is the Stronglift program on Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings at 8.

Any form of help or advice is greatly appreciated..

workout after you break fast and you'd be alright, over do your calories and you'd get fat.

personally i'd try to take in 2 to 3 meals after breaking fast. My early morning meal would consist of something high in protein and fats. so it would have been something like this:

Morning: 6 egg omellete with mushrooms and cheese
breaking fast: salad with smoked salmon and main meal and milk
pre/post workout: 40 g of whey and 40g of glucose
last meal of the day: a whopper, sometimes adding up to a litre of whole milk.

during this phase i didnt lose any scale weight. but my body recomp actually improved.
