so far tasted quite a few of the stalls from the series....can honestly say can find better similar food elsewhere.

I went to the prawn noodles stall at boon tat street. Was quite disappointed to find a prc cooking instead of the uncle who supposedly own the stall. The prawn noodles dry is not as nice as what is shown on tv at all! Totally no taste! Not even spicy or anything. Apparently the cook only added the chili sauce. My bf tried the soupy one which is slightly better. Give me beach road prawn mee anytime. I think it's so much better than this. Really waste my time.. Luckily I didn't have to pay ERP. =(

maybe the uncle work normal lunch hours only

always the standard drop aft some publicity work maybe the prc dunno how to cook properly if not the uncle just employ him to cook only but did not tell him the correct way on the portion

I tried the nasi lemak.

Nothing special.

The chilli is not like the tv program where they have ikan bilis, no ikab bilis at all.

tat time went to eat the chicken rice with colleagues, we waited almost 1 hour then our turn. They are realli slow in serving, end up in the end, we still order some half-boiled eggs and some bread to eat. We ordered the combination of white and roasted chicken. The chilli is good. The white chicken onli test so-so. Roasted chicken tasted beta than the white one.
If wan to eat, think must eat some food before going there. If not will faint.
