Nokia World 2009: Booklet 3G and N900 Previewed

Straight from Nokia's high-key event over at Stuttgart, Germany, we bring you firsthand news of two of the hottest gadgets to have emerged since last month. The first is Nokia's Booklet 3G that's making headway into the netbook territory and the second is the svelte new Nokia N900 smartphone, which runs on Maemo OS instead of the usual Symbian S60. The 12 hour battery seems interesting but I guess Nokia is desperate to look into alternative businesses ontop of mobile phones as they are under threat.
I used to remember Motorola as the top brand way back in 1990's.

But with 12 hour battery and 3G support, this is one product to look out for.
I also like the keyboard as it looks Mac-ish.

Any idea on the price?

Hope that Nokia, Apple, etc can share an equal pie and continue to launch good products for us.

Interesting product indeed, but it's expensive - 575 euros without contract or subsidy at the moment. Now it all depends on how the local telcos take this product and cook up some plans to entice us.
