I do not recommend to change the heatspreader even if you found one. Removing it and attach it with a new one takes some unique process to do it. Not like using super glue. Also likewise, chances of damaging to the main brain (we call it the die) will also be high.

That small chip on the heatspreader shouldn't be causing any problem in your processor to run properly unless you observed any other visual damage.

Dont bother lah. Just apply thermal compound like normal and use it as normal, since it was said that its hard to find another heatspreader.
