I am trying to set up a hostel with the following partitioning:

1. 1 x 14-beds dormitory
2. 1 x 6-beds dormitory
3. 1 x 4-beds dormitory
4. 1 x twin room
5. 1 x double room
6. 1 x communal area

What type of airconditioning should I get? Single or split units? Which brand and how much should I budget for them?
