sorry ah, i don't know much about unlocking cores but, once u unlock, do u still use the PC at the stated core speed? Or raise it back to normal?

that is power saving activated. when run application it will auto change back to normal speed.

You need to disable ACC in your BIOS. That fixes the not supported 4th core that you're not supposed to have
